Shipping Policy

We want getting your Salut products to be simple. We fulfill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after they have been processed and shipped.

Please allow approximately 4–8 business days from the date you place your order for standard delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Salut Skincare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can help make it right.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please include your order number and photos of the package and product when possible.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, products in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.
